Last month, Edel Grass has realized two full-size soccer fields for the FIFA and soccer association in Lesotho (the LeFa), Africa. For these installations, we worked together with our partners Synsport and Civil Eng & Build (Hillcrest, South-Africa). The latter provided the subgrade, drainage and fencing of the field, while Synsport took care of the installment of the artificial grass. Now, the two separate fields are ready to be played!
The two new soccer fields are situated in the capital city of Lesotho, Maseru, and Mohale’s Hoek. Both systems consist of Edel Flashblade 45-13 yarn and are FIFA Quality approved. We are very proud to have contributed to the goal of the LeFa to develop, regulate and promote the sport of soccer in the Lesotho and be part of a global football family in the delivery of the same mandate.
